Refund Policy

At Allah Maakon, we take great care in crafting and testing every NFC band before it reaches your hands.

 

1. Returns & Exchanges: If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a switch or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Conditions: To be eligible for a switch, the bracelet must be unworn, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
3. Non-Switchable Items: Due to the personal nature of the item and customized NFC programming, used or intentionally damaged items cannot be switched.
4. How to Request a Switch: Simply message us on WhatsApp or email our support team with your order number and photos of the item, and we will gladly arrange a swift replacement.
